Thank you for visiting Felix Connect – a new trial operated by The Felix Project to link up surplus food offers with local community organisations that can make good use of it.

WHO IS FELIX CONNECT SUITABLE FOR?

​ Felix Connect is suitable for surplus food offers which:
- Require a collection from a London postcode
- Are a one-off surplus food offer
- Food is ambient or chilled
- Total weight is less than 500kg
- Meet The Felix Project criteria (listed below)

If you are able to deliver to a Felix depot (W3 0RU, EN1 1SH, SE8 5HY, or E14 7BN), if you have a larger volume of food available, frozen food, or if you have a regular supply of surplus food and would like to work with us on a long-term basis, please submit your details here.

FOOD ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA 

At The Felix Project, there are certain types of food we are unable to accept. These are listed below:
- Loose items not packaged or labelled such as bakery or deli counter items
- Unlabelled prepacked for direct sale (PPDS) items
- Food that has been warmed or prepared, such as buffet or event food
- Food that has exceeded it’s use-by or best before date
- Alcohol or products which contain alcohol
